Caribbean Dream

We cant get the climate that you have in the caribbean but we can recreate some of the cusine. If you are looking for an exact match of the food you have on holiday then I am affraid you are almost certainly going to be dissappointed. Everything will be different, the water, the food that the animals eat, the soil the vegetables grow in you name it. Also when you are on holiday everything seems to slow down. You are more relaxed and are able to enjoy things better.

Our caribbean influenced menu tries to recreate some of that feel using british ingredients and giving them a caribbean twist. Next time you have a few friends round for a meal, try this menu and bring some sunshine back. Just chill some Red Stripe lager, some white wine and away you go.
