Indian Feast

Indian FeastIf you have a few friends coming around for a meal what you want is a meal that you don't have to cook, or a barbecue. OK so its mid winter, blowing a gale and raining cats and dogs. The solution? an Indian feast. Majority of these dishes can be cooked in advance and reheated just prior to serving giving you loads more time with your guests. Just get a few bottles of Cobra, Kingfisher or Tiger beer in ( mineral water or orange juice for the drivers) and get the party started.

Indian food is very diverse. Not all dishes use the intense heat of the chilli to excess. Some of the dishes below would be suitable for a meal for a group of friends. Feel free to increase or decrease the chilli content to suit your individual tastes. Remember as a rule of thumb the smaller the chilli the hotter it is.
