Chilli Jam

Ingredients:
Chilli Jam1-2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 onion finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 red chillies seeded and finely chopped
juice of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of clear honey
1 tablespoon malt vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

Preparation:
Heat the oil in a small pan and cook the onion for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and chillies and cook for a further 2 minutes until softened. Stir in the orange juice, honey, vinegar and tomato ketchup and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Serve warm or cold. I like this with vegetable tempanura or with barbecued meats
